       And Whereas for the due payment of the said sume
       I did by my Deed of Mortgage bearing date the day of the
       date hereof bargain sell & make over unto him the said
       Charles certain tracts & quantityes of Land as in and by
       the said Deed (relacon there unto being had may more fully
       & at Lage appear) but such Land not being thought a
       suffitient security for the payment of the said sumes I have
       & by these presents do for y.e further & better secureing the due
       payment of the said sumes Bargain sell & make over
       unto him the said Charles all those neg^r^oe slaves following
       (viz.t) James Twenty five years old Julio Twenty Eight
       years old Martin fifteen years Cooly fiften years Cate twenty
       Two years Jenny fifteen yeares and Dominick six years old
       Together with their & every of their future increase
       To have and to hold the said negroe slaves & every
       of them unto him the s.d Charles his heires & assignes & to no other
       use intent or meaneing whatsoever And the said William
       Fit Redmond doth hereby for him selfe his heires ex.rs and
       adm.rs covenant promise grant and agree to & with him the said
       Charles his Execu.rs Adm.rs & assignes that the said Negroe
       Slaves are at the time of the Ensealeing and Delivery of these
       Presents of Good health strenth & ability & that against ^all^ manner
       of Persons Whatsoever he will Warrent & defend them
       unto him the said Charles his heires & assignes And the s.d
       William doth hereby further convenant promise grant & agree to
       & with him the s.d Charles that in case the s.d Negroes or anny
       of them shall happen to dye sicken or doe otherwise than well
       he will make up the number above specifyed with slaves of the
       Like goodness strenth & bility And the s.d Will.m in Token of
       Possession of y.e Bargind premisses hath rendered and Diliverd
