       and Indefeazable Estate in fee simple to the
       same and hath good Right full Power &
       Lawfull Attorney to grant bargaine sell allien
       confirme and make over the same w.th all
       their Rights previledges & Appurtenances unto
       the s.d Rich.d Bennett his heirs and Assignes
       in Manner afd and further the s.d Francis King
       doth covenant grant and agree to and with the
       said Rich.d Bennett his heirs and Assignes that he
       the s.d Francis King his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs
       & Every of Them shall and will from Time to Time
       and at all times for the space of seven years
       next ensuing when and as often as he or any of them
       shall be Resonably required make do Suffer
       Acknowledg Execute or Cause to be made Done
       Acknowledged and Executed at the Cost & Charges
       of the s.d Bennett his heirs or assignes all and
       every such further act or act thing or things
       device or devices assurance or assureances in y.e
