295) in the Law shall be reasonably advised w.th warrenty from the futer claim of him the said Francis King his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs & from the Claim & Demand of any other pson or psons Whatsoever as by him the Rich.d Bennett his heirs or Assignes or by his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably advised devised or required Provided Allways and it is hereby covenanted concluded and agreed by and between the parties to these presents that if the said Francis King his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs or either of them doe well and Truly content and pay or cause to be contented & paid to the said Richard Bennett his heirs or Assignes at the Dwelling house of the said Rich.d Bennett the full & just sum of one hundred and Sixty pounds Sterling Money of great Brittain at or upon the Second day of July which shall be in the year of our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty four w.th Lawfull Interest for the same without any fraud or guile or Delay then this present bargaine and Sale and every covenant grant article and thing therein contained shall to all intents and purposes be Utterly void and of Non Effect but if any Default or Delay shall happen to (be) |
