       or percells of Land together w.th all buildings Houses
       Out houses Gardins Orchards yards Woods Under
       woods Timber Timber Trees pastures profitts ways
       Easments Commodites & Appurtenances whatsoever
       to them or Either of them in any ways belonging
       or Appertaining together with all Deeds writeings
       Evidences Records & Minuments whatsoever
       Concerning or Relateing to the said Two Tracts or
       percells of Land or either of them To have and
       to hold the said two Tracts ^or percells^ of Land with all
       their Appurtenances before by these presents barerng^gained^
       and sold unto the said Richard Bennett his heirs
       & Assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoof
       the said Rich.d Bennett his heirs and Assignes for
       ever and the said Francis King for him self his
       heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs and every of them in form
       following that is to say do covenant & grant by
       these presents to and w.th the said Rich.d Bennett
       his heirs and assignes and every of them in form
       following that is to say that he the s.d Francis
       King is now at the execution hereof the very
       True and Lawfull Owner of the said Two Tracts
