       White Oak Standing in a Knowl being a bound
       Tree of Brooks Grove af.d and the second
       bounder of thirty five Degrees ^acrs^ & an half acre
       laid of the said Tract for Coll Thomas Sprigg
       Runing thence North thirty six degrees Easterly
       twenty Eight perches to a bounded black Gumb
       by the road then north thirteen Degrees westerly
       Sixty three perches to a poplar by the said Road
       then West forty perches to a bounded White Oak
       then north West & by North One hundred & twenty
       Eight pches to a Pear tree in the Line of M.r Tho.s
