       Adm.rs and assignes and for ever of them Doth
       Covenant Promise Grant & agree to & w.th the s.d Jacob
       Roberts his heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assignes to & w.th
       every of them in manner & forme following (that is to say)
       that he the s.d John Caswell his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs &
       Assignes all & singular the s.d ^Tract or^ Parcell of Land &
       Pmisses w.th their & every of their appurtinances before
       by these psents Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto him the said Jacob Roberts
       his heirs & assignes to & for his & their owne proper
       use & behoof as afores.d ag.t him the s.d John Caswell
       his heirs ex.rs adm.rs & assignes shall & will warr.t
       and for ever Defend by these psents And that the
       said Jacob Roberts his heirs & assignes shall & May
       from henceforth & at all times hereafter Lawfully
       peacably and quietly have hold use occupy possess
