       the Rent & Services w.ch shall from henceforth
       Grow Due & payable to the Chief Lord or Lords
       of the fee or fees of whome the said premisses
       are holden only excepted & fore prized)
       And the said John Caswell for himself his Executors
       Adm.rs and Assignes and for every of them Doth
       Covenant Promiss Grant & Agree to & w.th the s.d
       Jacob Roberts his Ex.rs & Adm.rs that he the s.d
       John Caswell his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes or on
       of them shall & will pay or cause to be paid
       unto the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees
       of whome the said premisses are holden as afd
       or to any other pson or psons whatsoever
       Lawfully Intituled to receive the same
       all such ^Rent or^ Rents as shall as shall be Due
       for the premisses before the sealing and  
       Delivery of these psents And lastly the said
