       seventeenth ^day of September^ Anno Dom one thousand six hundred
       Eighty Nine purchased by the said Roger
       Lillington of the above menconed William Dare
       and Margaret his Wife together w.th all Messuages
       Tenements Barns Orchards houses Tobacco Houses
       Yards Gardens Orchards Trees Woods underwoods
       now standing & Growing or being on the s.d pmisses
       or any part Thereof Ex^Ac^cepted Reputed or taken
       as part parcell or member thereof and alsoe
       all the Estate Right Title Revetion
       & Revertions Remainder & Remainders Rents
       Issues Profitts Property Claime & Demand
       whatsoever of him the said John Caswell his heirs
       Executors Adm.rs or Assignes of in & to the said
       Demised Premisses & every or any part or parcell
       thereof together w.th all Deeds Writeings Pattents
       Evidences and Muniments whatsoever touching or
       concerning the same To have and to hold
       the said Tract Pcell of Land houses &
       Orchards and all & singular Other the premises
       above menconed w.th their & every of their
       Appurtinances unto the said Jacob Roberts his
       heirs & assignes for ever To the Only Use and
       behoof of him the said Jacob Roberts his heirs
       and assignes for ever and to & for no other use
