       Runing North East Ninety Six perches from thence
       South Twenty four Degrees and thirty Minutes
       Easterly One hundred thirty two perches to a bounded
       Read Oak from thence south fifty five Degrees
       Westerly Twenty Eight perches to the said creek
       from thence with a Streight Line to the first
       Marked Gumm containing and Laid Out for forty
       two Acres and two Rood more or Less Together
       w.th all Edifices and Other Appurtinances thereunto
       belonging or in anywise appertaining To
       have and to hold the said Moyety of
       the aforesaid Tract of Land called Hazard and
       all and singular the hereby Bargained Premisses
       with their and every of their Apputts unto y.e
       the said John Davison his heirs and assignes
       for ever and the said Rice Williams for himself
       his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doth hereby covenant
       promise grant and agree to and with the said
       John Davison his heirs and assignes that he the
       said Rice Williams and his heirs the said Moyety
       of Land and Other the premisses with the apputts
       unto him the said John Davison and his heirs ag.t
       him the said Rice Williams and his heirs or any
