       person or persons claiming from by or under
       them or any of them alsoe from and against all
       person or Peresons whatsoever Will Warrant &
       for ever hereafter Defend by these presents
       Provided allways and it is the true Intent
       and Meaning of these presents that in case
       the said Rice Williams or his heirs shall at or
       upon the twenty first day of September
       which shall be in the year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and Twenty one pay
       or cause to be paid unto the said John Davison
       his heir ex.rs or adm.rs the sum of sixty five
       pounds Curr.t money of this province in any
       comodity or comodities which the same province
       produceth that then this deed and every claus &
       article therein contained and the estate thereby
       Made to Cease Determine & be void to all intents
       and purposes otherwise this deed to be and continue
       in force and effect as if this provise had never
       been made In Wittness whereof the partie
       first above named hath hereunto set his hand & seale
       the day and year above Written
