286) sixty five pounds curr.t money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said John Davison before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt Whereof the said Rice Williams doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth hereby Clearly Acquitt and Discharge him y.e said John Davison his heirs and assignes for ever by these presents Hath Bargained unto him the said John Davison and by these presents doth grant Bargaine Alienate Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said John Davison his heirs & Assignes All that Moyetie of a tract of Land called Hazard lying on Taylors Island in Dorchester County at the head of S.t Johns Creek that Issueth out of the North side of Slaughter Creek which said Moyetie of the said Tract of Land to begin and run as followeth viz.t Begining at a Marked Gum standing at the head of te Marsh of S.t Johns Creek aforesaid it being the Last bounded Tree of the afd Tract of Land from thence (Runing) |
