27 Truly Clearly and Absolutely Grant Bargaine Sell Aliene Enfeoffe Release & Confirme unto him the said Jacob Roberts his heirs and assignes All that parcell of Land called the two Necks lyeing on the north side of Elk River on the east side of a parcell of Land called Convenient late in the possession of the said Roger Lillington ^near^ upon a pcell of Land called Turkey Point begining at the landing at a cove by the River side & runing North west into the woods untill it intercept another parcell of Land belonging to William Deire of Ceecill County in the said province of Maryland called Solleton then south south west to a bounded oake being the southermost bounded Tree in the Woods of the afores.d Parcell of Land called Colleton then runing North west one hundred and thirty pches then north north East to the North East branch of a creek called Crooked Creek otherwise Back Creek then up the s.d Branch to a Marked popler standing in the Branch bounded on the south by Elk River & on the east bounded by the wester most branch of a creek called Muddy Creeke and by John Walmores bounded Tree standing in the Branch of the said creek where the Tide commonly flows then from the said Walmores bounded Tree & from the af.d bounded Popler Northwest into the Woods unto a line Drawn paralell w.th Elk River makes about the Quantity of six hundred Acres of Land be the same more or less which said Tract or parcell of Land was heeretofore by Indenture of Bargain & Sale bearing Date the (Seventeenth) |
