268) Whatsoever And the said Phillip Jones doth for himself his heirs execu.rs and admi.rs covenant promise Grantt and agree to and with the said Will.m Bowles his heirs and assignes that ^the said^ Philip Jones and his heirs the afores.d Tract of Land and premises with the appurtnnances unto him the said W.m Bowles his heirs and assignes from and against all manner of persons claiming or to claim any right title or intrest of in or unto the same tract or parcell of land and premises by from or under him the sd Phillip Jones or his heirs shall and will from time to time & att all times forever hereafter well and truly warrant and Defend by these presents and the said Phillip for himself his heirs and assignes exec.rs admi.rs Doth Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said William his heirs and assignes that the sd Phillip & his heirs shall att the resonable Requistt costs and Charges in the law of him the said Will.m att any time within the space of seven years from the Date hereof do make suffer acknowledge and execute or cause to be made Done acknowledged or suffred and Executed all such further and other Reasonable acts or things conveyances or assurances in the law whatsoever for the further and better assurance and conveying of the primises according to the Intent and purposes of the parties to these presents as by the said William or his heirs or his or their Councill Learned In the Law shall be reasonabley advised Devised or Required In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have Interchangably sett their hands and affixed their seales the Day and year firstt above written Phillip Jones (seal) signed sealed in Presence of us on the back of y.e within deed was Richa.d Warfield thus written Viz.tt Charles Hammond March y.e 14 1720/1 Then Came before us two of his Lordships Justices of Annard.ll County Cap.tt Phillip Jones and acknowledged the within primises as his act and deed according to the Intent of y.e 7½ sides within mentioned before us Rich.d Warfield Recorded y.e 14 of June 1721 Charles Hammond |
