       the s.d John Mobberly his heirs or assignes
       and the s.d John Mobberly Doth for himself &
       his heirs promise grant and agree to and w.th
       the s.d Henry Hall that he the s.d John
       Mobberly & his heirs shall & will at any time
       w.th in the Space of seven years next Ensueing
       the date hereof sign seale Acknowledge and
       Execute or Cause to be signed Sealed Acknowledged
       & Executed all such other Deed ^or deeds^ Instrument or
       ^Instruments^ Conveyance or Conveyances Assureance or Assurances
       w.tsoever for the further & better assureance
       Suerety & sure makeing of all the aforemenconed
       Lands & Premisses unto the s.d Henry Hall
       his heirs and assignes for ever implying a speciall
       warrentee only as shall be reasonably devised
       advised or Required by the s.d Henry Hall his heirs
       or assignes or by his or their Council Learned
       in the Law In Testimony whereof the parties
       first above menconed have hereunto interchainsably
       set their hands & seales the day & year ^first^ above s.d
       written
