       doth hereby acknowledge and therew.th to be fully contented
       and paid and every part thereof Doth by these
       presents clearly acquit and discharge the said Henry
       Hall his heirs and assignes for ever Hath given
       granted bargained sold aliend enfeoffd and confirmd
       and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell
       alien enfeoffe and confirme unto him the said
       Henry Hall his heirs and assignes for ever All his
       right Title Interest and Property of in and unto
       all the foremenconed part or parcell of Land
       containd within the Bounds afd togeather w.th
       all houses Out houses Barns Stables buildings
       Orchards and also all writeings deeds conveyances
       evidences assureances and appurtenances w.tsoever
       to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
       To have and to hold the said one hundred twenty
       and seven Acres of Land with the appurtenances afd
       unto him the s.d Henry Hall his heirs and
       assignes ^for ever And he the said John Mobberly doth further covenant grant and agree to & w.th the said Henry Hall his heirs and assignes^ that he the s.d John Mobberly his heirs
       Ex.rs & Adm.rs shall & will at all times for
       ever hereafter ^well and sufficiently warrant and defend the above menconed to be bargained lands and premisses unto the said Henry Hall his heirs and assignes for ever^ from & against him the said John
       Mobberly his heirs & assignes & from and against
       all manner of pson or psons w.tsoever complaining
       or to complain claiming or to comp claim any right
       Title property or Interest of in or unto the
