                                          Then Came John Mobberly
       the w.thin menconed and acknowledged the w.thin
       deed and Lands w.thin menconed to be the right
       & title of the within menced Henry Hall
       his heirs & assignes for ever

       before us two of his L.dshisps Justices of the Pece
       of Prince Georges County

       Att the same time alsoe came Susannah
       Mobberly wife of the s.d John Mobberly being
       Examined secretly and out of the hearing of
       her husband did then declare that w.thout any
       possession perswasion ^threats dreads or fear^ her husband did then
       declare that w.thout any persuasion threats
       or fear of her husband did of her own free will
       & Volluntary act gave her ^consent^ certificate to the
       makeing over of the w.thin menconed Land to
       Henry Hall af.d & to his heirs & assignes
       for ever   Acknowledged before us his L.dships
