       Dowers Rights of Dower Estates Mortgages
       Judgments Executions Extents Troubles Charges
       and Incumbrances whatsoever and also that
       they the said Rich.d Shipley and James
       Barns hath full Power good Right and
       and Lawfull authority to settle convey
       and assure the said Land and Premisses
       with the appurtenances unto & upon him
       the said Rob.t Freshwater his heirs and
