             Deeds inrold or not inrold the inrolement
       of these Presents Release confirmation or by all
       or any of them or by any other ways or means
       howsoever as he the said Robert Freshwater his
       heirs or assignes or by his or their Council Learned
       in the Law shall be Reasonably Devised
       advised or Required In wittness whereof the
       Partyes to these Presents their hands and seales

       Barns and acknowledged the within conveyance
       and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned
       to be the Right of the within named Rob.t
       Freshwater his heirs and assignes for ever and
       the same Day came Keturah the wife of the
       within Mentioned James who being Privately
       examined out of the hearing of her husband
       acknowledged the within Premisses freely and
       without any manner of fear or Threats of
       her said husband to induce her thereto as wittness
       our hands the Day and year afd   Rich.d Warfield
