212) Rob.t Freshwater his heirs and assignes for ever and the said Rich.d Shipley & James Barns and their heirs the said Granted Land and Premisses with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Robert Freshwater his heirs and assignes against all Person & Persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever Defend these Presents and the said Rich.d Shipley & James Barnes Doth for themselves their heirs executors and administrators & for ever of them covenant Promise and Grant unto and with the said Rob.t Freshwater his heirs and assignes to and w.th every of them by these Presents that they the said Rich.d Shipley and James Barns att the time of the Ensealing and Delivering of these Presents is and standeth Lawfully seized in their Demeasne as of fee simple or fee Tail of in and to the said Granted Land and Premisses with the appurtenances & every Part and Parcell thereof or of some other good Pure perfect Lawfull & Indefiezable Estate of Inheritance of in and unto the same ^& that the sume^ now is and soe shall forever hereafter Remain Continue and be unto him the said Rob.t Freshwater his heirs and assignes free and clear and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated & Discharged or otherwise well & sufficiently saved and Kept Harmless and Indempnified of and from all and all manner of former and other Gifts (Grants) |
