211) Severn River begining att a bounded chesnut tree standing by the said River side and Runing west south west three hundred & and ten Perches to a bounded Red Oak standing in the said Warfields line then North East by East three hundred and Ten Perches to a bounded Pine then North North west fourteen Perches to a main Run of Severn River then with the said Run and River to the first bounded Tree containing and Laid out for one hundred acres of Land more or Less together with all the houses Building orchards trees woods profitts and ^advantages^ commodities and appurtenances Reversion & Reversions Remainder and Remainders Issues and Rents thereof and all the Estate Rite Title interest property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Rich.d Shipley & James Barns of in or to the Premisses or any Part thereof To have and to hold the said Granted Land and Premisses with their ^and every of their^ appurtenances into the said Robert Freshwater his heirs and assignes to the sole and only use benifitt and behoofe of the said (Robert) |
