187) all the Estate Right Title Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of ^them^ the said Margarett and Joseph Browne of and and ^in^ & to the said Granted and Released Premisses and every Part and parcell thereof To have and to hold the said two full and equall third Parts of all and singular the said Lands and Premises hereby Granted Released and Confirmed or Mentioned or Intended to be hereby granted Released and Confirmed with their appurtenances and every Part and Parcell thereof unto the said Henry Fern his heirs and assignes for ever In trust to and for his Majesty that Now is and his successors Kings of Great Brittain for ever and to and for no other Intent Trust or Purpose whatsoever And the said Margarett and the said Joseph Browne for their Heirs Executors and Administrators Do Covenant Promise and Grant to and with the said Henry Fern His heirs and assignes by these Presents That he the said Henry Fern his heirs and assignes shall and May from time to time and at all Times hereafter Peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy & Possess and Enjoy the said Lands and Premises beforementioned to be ^hereby^ granted Released and Confirmed and their and every of their appurtenances and every Part and Parcell thereof without Lawfull Lett Suit Trouble Eviction interruption or Disturbance of them the said Margarett and Joseph Brown their Heirs or assignes or any other Person or Persons whatsoever now haveing or Lawfully Claiming or (which) |
