       Which hereafter shall have or Lawfully Claim
       any Right Title or Interest of in or to the same
       or any Part or Parcell thereof under the said
       Peregrine Browne Deced and them the said
       Margarett and Joseph Browne free and clear
       and freely and clearly acquitted and Discharged
       of and from all Manner of former and other
       Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Joyntures Dowers
       Uses Limitations Statutes Mortgages Leases Titles
       Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever heretofore
       had Made or Done by the said Peregrine
       Browne Deceased or them the said Margarett
       and Joseph Browne or any ^other^ Person or Persons
       Lawfully Claiming or That shall have or
       Claim any Manner of Estate Rite Title
       Interest Possession use or Demand whatsoever
       by from or under the said Peregrine Deceased
       and them the said Margarett and Joseph Browne
       or such other Person or Persons as shall so claim
       under them or any of them aforesaid or by from
       or under their or any of their Titles or Interests
       And further that they the said Margarett
       and Joseph Browne and their Heirs from time to
       time and at all times hereafter shall and will
       upon Reasonable Requests and at the Costs &
       Charges in the Law of the said Henry Fern
       and his heirs and assignes Doe Make acknowledge
       Levy Suffer or Execute all and every
       such further and other Reasonable act & acts
       thing and things conveyance and conveyances
       and assureances in the Law whatsoever for the
       further and More Perfect conveying assureing
       and sure Makeing of the said Two full
       and equall third Parts of the said Lands and
