       Said Lands were Taken up in Cecill County but
       now lye in Kent County in the said Province
       of Maryland And alsoe two full third Parts
       of all those their Lands called Ratcliff Cross
       containing five hundred acres or thereabouts and
       alsoe two full third Parts of all those Lands called
       Providence containing three hundred acres
       all which Lands were taken up And Now Lye
       in Kent County aforesaid in the said Province
       of Maryland as the same Lands Respectively
       shall be hereafter Devided and Parted
       out by Maurice Birchfeild Esq.r Surveyor Gen.ll
       of the Southern Continent of America or Surveyor
       Generall for the time being of the said
       Southern Contenant of America or whome
       he shall appoint in writeing under his hand and
       seale and by the abovementioned Joseph
       Browne or whome he shall appoint in
       writeing under his hand and seale Together
       with two Like and Equall third Parts of
       all and every the Houses Edifies Building
       Barns Stables Orchards Gardens woods under
       woods Commons Profitts Comoditys Slaves
       and appurtenances whatsoever to the said
       Land and Premisses belonging or in any
       wise appertaining or accepted Reputed or
       taken as Part or Parcell thereof or belonging
       to the same and the Reversion or
       Reversions Remander and Remainders
       of all and singular the said Premisses and
