       Administrators and assignes by these Presents
       that they the said Margarett and Joseph
       Browne their executors and administrators
       shall and will Ratifie and Confirm and allow
       as well all such Lawfull actions and suits w.ch
       the said Maurice Birchfield Rich.d Bennet
       and Joseph Brown their executors and admins.rs
       or any of their substitute and substitutes
       shall bring sue or Prosecute as all and
       whatsoever other acts Matters or things
       that shall by them be Done or performed
       in or about or for the Recovery of the
       Premisses And further that the said sev.ll
       sums of Money herein before Mentioned as afd
       now are and stand Due and owing to them
       the said Margarett and Joseph Browne as
       appeares by the said Peregrines Brownes
       Papers and Books and that they the said
       Margarett and Joseph Brown have Not Released
       and that Neither they Nor their executors and
       administrators shall at any time hereafter
       without the concent of the said Henry
       Fern his executors or administrators first
       had in writeing acquit Release or Discharge
       the said severall Debts and summs of
       Money or Persons so Indebted to the Estate
       of the said Peregrine Browne Deceased
       as aforesaid And Lastly that they the
