       It Doth shall or may concern all and every
       the said sume and sums of money by them
       severally Due and owing to them the said
       Margarett and Joseph Brown or ^to^ the Estate of
       the said Peregrine Brown Deceased as afores.d
       all which are herein before particularly mentioned
       and expressed and one attorney or more
       under them the said Maurice Birchfield Rich.d
       Bennett and Joseph Brown their executors or
       administrators or by the Concent and Directions
       of any two of them (whereof the said Maurice
       Birchfield is to be allways one) to substitute
       and at their Pleasure to Revoke and upon
       Receipts to give Discharges but in case of
       Refusall or Delay by any of the said Persons
       Debtors as aforesaid him her or them to
       Compell by all Lawfull ways & means whatsoever
       and to sue arrest atteach imprison and Prosecute
       in Judgment Court or thereout as fully and
       effectually to all Intents and Purposes as
       they the said Margerett and Joseph Brown
       Might or Could Doe If personall Present
       and the said Margerett and Joseph Brown
       for them selves their heirs executors and admins.rs
       Doe Covenant grant Promise and agree
       to and with the s.d Henry Fern his executors
