       said Margarett and Joseph Brown their ex.rs
       and administrators at the Request Cost and
       Charges of the said Henry Fern his executors
       administrators and assignes shall Make and
       execute all such other and further assignments
       arts and writeings for the Better haveing and
       Receiving all and every the assigned
       premisses to and for the Intents and
       Purposes aforesaid as by their or of any
       of their Councill Learned in the Law
       shall Be Reasonably advised or Required
       In Wittness whereof the Parties above
