       Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents
       doth give grant Bargain Sell Enfeoff Alienate & Confirme
       unto the said Hezekiah Clerk his heirs and assignes for ever
       those two severall Tracts or parcells of Land called
       Tracies Levell Containing by Estimation Two hundred
       Acres of Land And Love point containing one hundred
       Acres of Land the said two tracts or percells of Land Lying
       scituate and being on the north side of of Birds River
       als back Gunpowder River in the county af.d the s.d
       two Tracts or Percells of Land containing in the whole
       (by estimation) the Quantity of three hundred acres of
       Land Together w.th all houses out houses woods under
       woods ^pastures^ Orchards Gardens Easments Proffitts Comodities
       and appurtinances to the said Two Severall Tracts
       of Land belonging or in anywise appertaining as the
       same was by Rich.d Taylor of Annarundell County
       and Anne his wife on the seventeenth day of december
       1691 Granted & Conveyed the ^unto^ Lawrence R.dson of Balt
       County and by R.d Sims of the same county on the seventh
       day of Nov.r 1682 Likewise granted and conveyed unto
       the said Lawrence Richardson Father of the above named
       Thomas Richardson son & heir at Law of the sayed
       Lawrence To have and to hold the af.d tracts or
       parcells of Land & Pmisses w.th their appurtinances
       as afd unto him the said Hezekiah Clark his heirs &
       assignes ^for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Hez.a Clark his heirs & assis^ for evermore And to no other use intant
       or purpose whatsoever & the said Thomas Richardson
       for himself his heirs ex.rs assignes & adm.rs doth hereby
       covenant pmise That the af.d land and premisses
