(134) Cap.t Henry Sampson one of the subscribing evidences to the w.thin Power of Attorney make Oath that he saw the w.thin Menconed W.m Mathew Signe Seale & Deliver the w.thin Instrument as his Act and Deed and that at the same time he saw Jeremiah Lizland & Clement Brooke subscribe the same as wittnesses thereto before me one of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall court John Mackall 26.th Sept.r 1720 x.d This Indenture made the 2.d day of Nov.r in the year of our Lord 1720 Between Thom.s Richardson of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and Katharine ^Hezekiah^ Clerk of Annarundell County in the af.d Province of the other part Wittnesseth That the said Thomas Richardson for and in consideration of the summe of fourty two pounds Sterling Money of great Brittain to him in hand p.d or secured to be p.d at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these psents the receipt Whereof he doth hereby acknowledge And ever there from acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the said Hezekiah Clerk his heirs ex.rs and administrators by these presents Have Given granted bargained |
