       being the Northermost bound Tree of the said Brooks
       Land on y.e West side of a branch running out of the
       Westermost branch of Putuxent River ^called^ Beaver Damon
       Branch and Runs from the said Oak ^the^ severall cources
       mentioned in the Patent granted for the same as will
       more at large appear Also one other Tract of Land
       called Henrietta Marea lying on the branches of
       the Eastern Branches of Potomock River Begining
       at a Spanish Oak ^on the west side^ of the North West side & at the
       mouth of a ^small^ Branch containing and Laid out for five
       hundred Acres of Land as by the Courses in Patent will
       appear both w.th tracts now are held & demed to Lye
       in Prince Georges County also the Other Percell off
       Land Lately Purchased of W.m Marea farthing of S.t
       Maries County Lying at the head of Brittains bay
       in S.t County of S.t Maries Cont.a three hundred & odd
       acres as by a deed from said Farthing to me already
       Executed & Certificates thereof will at Large sett forth
       Together with all Plantations clear grounds buildings
       fences woods under woods Timber & Timber Trees
       to the af.d pmises or any part of them or any of
       them belonging or in anywise appertaining And
       all Deeds pattents Grants Writeing & Evidences of
       and concerning any the s.d Tracts of Land before
       by these psents menconed to be bargained & sold and alsoe all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim & Demand
       whatsoever of them the s.d Henry Lowe & Mary his wife
       their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes of in & unto any the ^b^efore
       bargained premisses w.th any their appurtinances or any
       Part or Percell of them   To have & to hold the afd
       severall Tracts or Parcells of Land & all & singular
