       other the pmisses & Every of their Rights members
       & Appurtenances unto him Bennett Lowe his
       heirs & Assignes to his & there pper use & behoof
       for ever And the s.d Henry Lowe & Mary his wife
       their heirs & the afores.d severall Tracts or
       pcells of Land and Every of them & all & singular
       the Bargained premisses or menconed or intended
       to be hereby bargained w.th their & every of their
       appurtinances unto him the s.d Bennett Lowe
       his heirs & Assignes for ever ag.t them the said
       Henry Lowe & Mary his wife their heirs & every
       of them other person or psons w.tsoever claiming
       by from or under them or any of them shall &
       will warr.t & for Ever Defend by these psents
       & the s.d Henry Lowe & Mary his wife their heirs
       ex.rs & adm.rs doth covenant & agree to & w.th said
       Bennett Lowe his heirs & assignes & every of
       them by these psents in Manner & forme
       following &c that they the s.d Henry Lowe &
       mary his wife at the time of the sealling and
       Delivery hereof is seized off & in the pmisses
       w.th their & every of their appurtinances of a good
       pure & absolute estate of inheritance without
       any cond.n or Lemitation of any use or uses
       to my pson psons whatsoever to alter or Make
       Void the same And hath good Right & Lawfull
       Authority to grant sell & convey the same into y.e
       unto the s.d Bennett Lowe his heirs & Assignes
