x.d      This Indenture made the nineteenth
       day of October in the year of our Lord Christ one
       thousand seven hundred & Twenty Between
       Henry Lowe of Kent County the Province of
       Maryland & Mary his wife of the one part
       & Bennett Lowe of S.t Maries County & said Province of
       the Other Part Wittnesseth that the s.d Henry Lowe
       & Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sume
       of six hundred pounds sterling by the said Bennett
       Lowe to the said Henry Lowe & Mary his wife
       all ready in hand p.d or ^secured^ to be paid whereof the s.d Henry
       Lowe & Mary his wife doth hereby acknowledge
       the Receipt & thereof and of every Part & Pcell
       thereof do hereby Acquitt Exonerate & Discharge y.e
       s.d Bennett Lowe his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs for Ever by
       these psents & for Divers Others good Causes &
       Considerations them the s.d Henry Lowe & Mary
       his Wife thereunto Moveing Hath Given
       Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enffeofed and
       Confirmed & by these psents doth give grant
       Bargain sell alien Enfeof & Confirm unto the said
       Bennett Lowe his heirs & Assignes for ever
       all that Tract of or Pcell of Land Containing
       by Pattent One thousand & four acres called
       Park Hall Lying in the fork on the westermost Branch
       of the head of Putuxent River and Adjoyning to the
       Westward side of a parcell of Land formerly taken up
       by Col Tho.s Brooke Begining at a bounded White Oak
