112) Done acknowledge suffered and executed all and every such further and other actt or acts thing or things assureances or conveyances in the Law as by the said Alice Worthington her heirs and assignes or her or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be from time to time Reasonably Devised advised or Required for the further and Better assurance suretey and sure makeing of all & singular the premiss hereby bargained and sold or intended to be hereby bargained and sold And Lastly the said Benja.m Lawrence John Belt and Lucy his wife for themselves and their heirs Doth hereby covenantt promise grant and agree to and with the said Alice Worthington her heirs and assignes that they the said Benja.m Lawrence John Belt and Lucy his wife and their heirs shall and will from time to time and att all times for ever hereafter warrant and Defend the af.d tract of Land by these presents to the said Alice Worthington bargained and sold or to her mentioned to be bargained and sold and of every partt and parcell thereof againstt all mannor of persons claiming or pretending hereafter to claime any rightt title or intrestt to the said tract of Land or any part thereof In Wittness whereof the parties firstt above menconed to these presents have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and affixed their sealls the Day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered in presence Benj.m Lawrence (seal) of Dani.ll of S.t Tho.s Jenifer John Belt (seal) Vachel Denton Sam.ll Smith Aprill the 18 1720 Then Came before me Samuell Young Esq.r one of his Lordships Justices of the provinciall courtt of Maryland the within named Benja.m Lawrence & John Belt and acknowled the within Deed and the Land and primisses theirin contained to be the Rightt and Estate of the within named Alice Worthington her heirs and assignes forever acknowledged before me taken and acknowledg y.e Day and year above said before Sam.ll Young Sep.r y.e 15 1720 Then came Lucey partey to the within Deed and acknowledg.d her Rightt of Dowry to be in the within named Alice Worthington & her heirs & assignes for ever before us two of his Lordships Justices Dani.ll Mariarte Will.m Chapman |
