       Line Drawen south East up the said Dashiells Creek one hundred
       and forty perches to a marked white oake standing on the Edge
       of a Bank by the said Creek side thence with a Line Drawen
       south by Eastt one hundred and forty perches to a marked pine
       Being a corner tree of a percell of Land surveyed for Thoma.s Cox
       Thence with a line Drawen south westt thirty eightt perches
       To a parcell of Land formerly surveyed for Will.m Thomas of the
       Colloney of Virginia thence with a line Drawen west south
       westt to a marked oake and from thence with a streightt Line
       Drawen to the firstt Bounder containing by Estimation two hundred
       and fifty acres be the same more or Less togeather with
       All and singular the houses outthouses Tobac.o houses Gardens Barns
       Orchards Rights members and appurtenances whatsoever belonging
       or any wise appertaining to the said tractt or parcell of Land and
       Premises or any partt thereof To have and to hold the afd tractt
       and parcell of Land and premisses with the appurtanences unto her
       the said Alice Worthington her heirs and assigns for ever to the only
       proper use and behoofe of her the said Alice Worthington her heirs
       and assigns for ever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said Benja.m Lawrence John Belt and Lucy his wife for themselves
       and their heirs Doth hereby covenant promise grantt and agree
       to and with the said Alice Worthington her heirs and assignes that
       they the said Benja.m John and Lucy and their heirs shall and will
       from time to time and att all times for ever hereafter save indemnifye
       and keep harmless as well the said Alice Worthington her heirs
       and assignes as all other the aforementioned to be bargained Land and
       Premisses and every partt and parcell thereof of and from all former
       Bargains Sales Joynters Dowers titles of Dower statutes Judgments
       Recognizances Executions Rent Charges arrearages of Rents forfitures and
       All other charges and incumbrances whatsoever And the said Benja.m
       Lawerance John Belt and Lucy his wife for themselves and their heirs
