       Marryland fs  Know all men by these presents that I Richa.d Crocket
       of Sumersett County and province afd Planter is holden and firmly bound
       unto John Evans sen.r of y.e same county plan.t in y.e full and justt sume
       of one hundred pounds ster.ll moneys to be paid to y.e said John Evans
       his heirs execu.r admi.r or assignes to the w.th payment well and truly to
       be made and Done I bind my self my heirs exe.r admi.r firmly by
       these presents In wittness whereof I the said Richa.d Crockett have
       hereunto sett my hand and fixed my seall the Eleventh Day of
       May in the thirteenth year of the Regine of our sove.rgin Lady Queen
       Ann Ann.o Domi 1714


          The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above
       Bounden Richa.d Crockett his heirs exec.r adm.r or assignes and every of
       them Do and shall at all Time or times performe fullfill and Keep the
       s.d John Evans ^sen.r^ him his heirs execu.r admi.r firmly holden and posses
       w.th a part or persell of Land being on the westt side of a creek
       called Shiles Creek being part of a patton called Noble Quarter and
       part of patton called Little Monmouth Bounded as followeth begining
       at the mouth of Evans Gutt and Running up the south side to a markd
       Gum and from thence w.th a westt Lyne to the Extent of the said
       John Evans and Richa.d Crockett pretentions and courses and from
       thence Running south south east tell it enter sed Shiles Creek
       and from thence Runing up the westt side of Shiles Creek to the
       mouth of Evans Gutt I y.e above s.d Rich.d Crockett do warrant and
       Defend from all person or persons what so ev.r unto y.e said John
       Evans sen.r and his heirs and assignes  In Wittness whereof I have
       hearunto sett my hand y.e Day and year above written
