109 and Elinor his wife and their heirs shall and will at any time for ever hereafter at the reasonable request cost and charges in the Law of the said Anth.o Arrnoll his heirs and assignes make Do perform and execute any further Deed or Deeds Act or Acts whatsoever for the better assurances surety and sure makeing the af.d tract of Land called walnutt ridge and premises with the appurtenances unto the said Anthony Arrnoll his heirs and assignes af.d as the Councill Learned in the Law of the same Anthony Arrnold his heirs and assignes shall and will Reasonably Advise or Devise so as such Deed or Deeds Act or Acts extend no further than to enforce a warranty against them the said Peter Carr and Elinor his wife and their heirs also against all others Lawfully claiming from by or under them the said Peter Carr and Elinor his wife In Wittness whereof the partys to these presents above named have hereunto interchangably sett their hands and affixed their seales the Day and year first Above Written Peter Carr (seale) On the back aforegoing Deed her was thus ^endorst^ In Dorst viz.t Elinor ) Carr (seale) Sealed and Delivered in the marke presents of [illegible] being first interlined Joh Beale Ch.a Hammond The within Menconed Peter Carr Acknowledges the w.thin Instrument as his Act & deed to y.e uses therein mencond according to Law Also the w.thin mentioned Elinor the Wife of the said Peter is privately examined out of the said hearing of her said Husband & Acknowledges the same Instrum.t as her Act and Deed & that she makes the same (acknowledgm.t) |
