       and Elinor his wife and their heirs shall and will
       at any time for ever hereafter at the reasonable
       request cost and charges in the Law of the said
       Anth.o Arrnoll his heirs and assignes make Do
       perform and execute any further Deed or Deeds
       Act or Acts whatsoever for the better assurances
       surety and sure makeing the af.d tract of Land called
       walnutt ridge and premises with the appurtenances
       unto the said Anthony Arrnoll his heirs and assignes
       af.d as the Councill Learned in the Law of the same
       Anthony Arrnold his heirs and assignes shall and
       will Reasonably Advise or Devise so as such Deed
       or Deeds Act or Acts extend no further than to
       enforce a warranty against them the said Peter
       Carr and Elinor his wife and their heirs also
       against all others Lawfully claiming from by
       or under them the said Peter Carr and Elinor his
       wife In Wittness whereof the partys to these
       presents above named have hereunto interchangably
       sett their hands and affixed their seales the Day
       and year first Above Written
