108 had or ought to have had of in or to the af.d tract of Land called walnut ridge with the appurtenances thereto belonging by any ways or means whatsoever To have & To hold the af.d tract of Land called walnut ridge with the Appurtenances thereto belonging unto the said Anthony Arnold his heirs and assignes to the only proper use and behoof of the said Anthony Arnold his heirs and assignes for ever so that neither they the said Peter Carr and Elinor his wife nor either of them nor their nor either of their heirs nor any other pson or psons by from or under them or either of them or in their or either of their names or in the name eight or stead of any of them shall or will by any ways or means hereafter have Claime Challenge or Demand any estate right title or interest of in or to the af.d tract of Land called walnut ridge with the premises or any part or parcell thereof but from all and every action right estate title interest or Demand of in or to the af.d tract of Land called walnut ridge & pmises or any part thereof they and every of them shall be Utterly Excluded and barred for ever by these psents and also y.e said Peter Carr and Elinor his wife and their heirs the said tract of Land called Walnutt Ridge with the appurtenances to the said Anth.o Arnold his heirs and assignes and to his and there proper use & uses in Manner & forme af.d ag.t themselves their heirs and assignes and every of them shall and will warr.t and for ever Defend by these presents and the said Peter Carr and Elinor his wife Doe hereby further covenant to and with the said Anthony Arnoll his heirs and assignes that they the said Peter Carr (and) |
