Maryland fs   This Indenture made this Eighteenth Day of Aprill in the
       fifth year of his Lordships Domin.o & Anno Domi seventeen hundred
       and twinty Bettween Benj Lawrance John Belt and Lucy his
       wife heirs of Benja.n Lawrence some time of Calvert County in y.e
       province of Maryland abovesaid Deces.d of y.e one partt and Alice
       Worthington of Somersett County in y.e same province widdow of y.e
       other part Wittnesseth that the said Benjam.n Lawrence John
       Belt & Lucy his wife him as afd for and in consideration of the sum
       of fifty five pounds currantt money of Marryland to them in hand paid
       by the said Alice Worthington the Recitt whereof the do hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and of every partt and parcell thereof Doth hereby fully
       clearly & absolutley exonerat acquitt and Discharge her the said Alice
       Worthington hath given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed &
       confirmed as by these presents they the said Benja.n Lawrence John Beltt
       and Lucy his wife for themselves and their heirs Doth Give grantt
       Bargaine sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirme unto her the said Alice
       Worthington her heirs and assigns All that percell of Land called second
       Purchase scituate lying and being on the east side of chesepeake bay
       on the south side of Wiccocomoco River and on the wester most
       sid of a small creek called Dashiells Creek bounded as followeth
       Beginning at a marked oak Gum standing by a marsh side thence
       with a Line Drawen north east up the said River for
       Breadth seventy five perches to a marked Redd Oak thence with a
