       Same Tract being conveyed by the af.d Grimes to the said
       Jn.o Farthing and whereas after the Escheat obtained
       of the af.d tract called Grimes Addition the said
       Elinor Chinton in the name of the said Anthony
       Arnold her Lessee and at his Request bought her
       Lease of Ejectm.t for the Recovery of the af.d tract
       of Land called walnutt Ridge Given in Exchange
       as af.d and thereon in his L.dships prov.ll court
       of Maryland held at the City of Annapolis the
       thirteenth Day of October one thousand seven
       hundred and Ninteen Obtained Judgm.t for the
       af.d tract of Land called walnutt Ridge as p
       the sev.ll Deeds will Escheat and Judgm.t af.d
       reference being thereunto severally had may more
       fully and at Large Appear Now this Indenture
       further wittnesseth that the
       said Peter Carr and Elinor his wife as well for
       and in consideration of the premises af.d as the
       sume of five shill.s sterl to them in hand
       paid by the said Anthony Arnold the recept
       whereof the said Peter Carr and Elinor his
       wife Do hereby acknowledge and of every
       part and percell thereof the s.d Peter Carr
       and Elinor his wife Doe hereby Acquit and
       Discharge the said Anthony Arnold his heirs
       Ex.rs and Adm.rs Have given Granted Remised
       Released and for ever quited claime and
       by these presents for themselves and their heirs
       Do fully Clearly and Absolutely give Grant
       Remise Release and for ever quit Claim unto the
       said Anth.o Arnold the af.d tract of Land
       called walnut ridge (the same Anthony in his
       full and peaceably possession and seisin thereof
       now being) and to his heirs and assignes for ever
       all such right estate title interest and Demand
       w.th soever that they the said Peter Carr and Elinor
       his wife or either of them now have or ever Lawfully
