       Acquit and Discharge the said Anthony Arnold
       his Ex.rs and Adm.rs from the said sume and
       from every parcell thereof and Did by those
       presents Give Grant Bargaine Sell Enfeoff and
       Confirm unto him the said Anth.o Arnold all that tract
       or parcell of Land Called or Knowne by the name
       of Grimes Addition Lyeing in the County af.d
       on the South Side of Severn River Orignally
       Granted to W.m Grimes which said tract of Land
       the af.d Elinor Chinton Claimed by the Last
       will and Testam.t of George Valentine Deced Duly
       proved bearing Date the 18.th Day of September
       one thousand seven hundred and eighteen which
       said George Valentine became in vested with the
       af.d Tract of Land by Vertue of one other tract
       of Land called by the name of Wallnutt
       Ridge Lyeing and being in Bal.t County Given
       in Exchange for the af.d tract of Land called
       Grimes Addition as by a Deed thereof Duly made
       and executed by and Between John Gill of
       the one part and the af.d George Valentine
       of the other part bearing Date the twenty
       third Day of Sep.t one thousand seven hundred
       and four and whereas since the Purchose
       made of the af.d tract of Land called Grimes
       Addition by the af.d Anth.o Arnold of the af.d
       Elinor Chinton the same appeared to be Escheat
       to the Lord proprietarie of this province
       for want of heirs of a certaine John Fathing  
       with whose wid.o the said Jn.o Gill who Exchanged
       the same with the af.d George Valentine
       for the tract of Land af.d Intermarried with
       and thereby became possest of the af.d
       tract of Land called Grimes Addition the
