          Smith and acknowledged the within deed according
       to law before me

x.d  this 29.th Day of July Anno Dom seventeen
       hundred and Twenty Between Peter Carr of
       Ann Arundell County Marner and Elinor his wife
       of the one part and Anthony Arnall of the same
       county planter of the other part  Wittnesseth
       that whereas by a Certaine Deed of Bargaine and
       Sale Duly made and executed by and Between
       the af.d Eliner by the Name of Elinor Chinton
       of the one part and the af.d Antho Arnoll of the
       other part Bearing Date the twentieth Day of
       October Anno Dom seventeen hundred and eighteen
       the said Elinor for the consideration of the
       sume of Ninteen pounds curr.t money of Maryland
       therein menconed by the said Antho Arnold to her
       the said Elinor Chinton in hand paid the receipt
       whereof the said Elinor Chinton Did thereby
       acknowledge Did by those presents absolutely
                                                                   (acquit)
