95) kingdom of Great Brittain Merch.t of the one part and John Taillor of London Merch.t son of the said Thomas Taillor of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Thomas Taillor for and in Consideration of the naturall Love and affection w.ch he the said Thomas Taylor doth bear unto the said John Taylor his son and for and in Consider of the sume of five shill of Lawfull mony of Great Brittain to him in hand paid by the said John Taylor at and before y.e Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he the said Thomas Taylor doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully satisfied Contented & paid hath granted bargained sold aliened released and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien Release and Confirm unto the said John Taylor (in his actuall possession now being by Vertue of a bargain and sale to him thereof made by the said Thomas Taylor for one whole yeare by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date hereof Commencing from the day next before the day of the date thereof and by force & Vertue of the statute for transferring uses into Possession in that behalf made and Provided and to his heires and assignes for ever All that his Land or Plant.n scituate Lying & being upon the Ridge in the said Colony of Maryland Containing by estimacon six hundred acres be the same more or Less togeather with all houses outhouses sheds warehouses edifices erections & buildings thereupon standing or thereunto belonging or therew.th used occupied or enjoyed or reputed or taken to be as part parcell or Member thereof And also all ^that^ his Land or plant.a scituate Lying and being in Potapscoe in y.e s.d Collony of Maryland Cont.a by Estimation Eighteen hundred acres be the same more or Less togeather w.th all houses outhouses sheds warehouses edifices erecons and buildings thereupon standing or thereunto belonging or therewith used Occupied or enjoyed or reputed or taken to be as part parcell or member thereof And also all that his Land or plantacon scituate Lying & being in Susquehano in the Colony of Maryland Containing by Estimation two thousand acres be the same more or Less (Togeather) |
