       Togeather with all houses outhouses sheds warehouses Edifices Erections
       and buildings thereupon standing or thereunto belonging or therewith used
       occupied or enjoyed or reputed or take to be as part parcell of or member
       thereof and all and all manner of Wares Waters Water Courses Woods underwoods
       Trees Commons and Common of Pastures Comodities Easements proffitts advantages
       emoluments hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Lands or
       plantations or any part or parcell thereof belonging or in any wise appert.n
       or to or w.th the same or any part thereof now or heretofore used occupyed or
       enjoyed and the reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainders
       Rents Issues and proffitts of all and singular the said premises and every
       part and parcell thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       property claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Tho.s Taillor of in
       and to the same and every or any part or parcell thereof To have
       and to hold the said Severall Lands or Plantations togeather w.th all &
       singular the said houses out houses sheds warehouses edifices erections
       and buildings to them or any of them belonging and all and singular
       other the premises before in and by these Presents menconed or Intended
       to be granted bargained sold alined released and Confirmed and every part
       parcell thereof unto the said John Taillor his heires and assignes for
       to the only proper use and behoof of the said John Taillor his heires &
       & assignes for ever   And this Indenture further Wittnesseth that
       the said Tho.s Taillor for the Considerations afd hath bargained and sold
       and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the said John Taillor All
       his Negroes stock and houshold Goods Implements and things on all
       and every of the said Lands or Plantations or any of them or else where
       in the said Collony of Maryland af.d To have and to hold the said
       Negroes stock and household Goods Implements and things herein
       before menconed or Intended to be bargained and sold and every
       of them and every part and parcell of them unto the s.d Jn.o Tailor his
