       Over to the s.d Amos Garrett of the same ages & Goodness also Doth hereby
       make over to the said Amos Garrett the Increase of the said Negroes Cows &
       Ewes all with said three Negroes sixteen Cattle thirty seven sheep &
       two tracts of Land Containing about four hundred Acres To have
       and to hold the said two tracts of Land quantity four
       hundred acres sixteen black Cattle thirty seven sheep to him the s.d
       Amos Garrett his heires and assignes forever and the said Charles
       Beckwith for himself and his heires doth hereby Covenant grant
       & agree to and with the said Amos Garrett and his heires and
       assignes that he the said Charles Beckwith at the Ensealing &
       Delivery of these presents is and untill a good and pfect
       Estate shall be made and Executed of the said Land and p.rmises
       unto the said Amos and his assignes heirs shall Continue &
       be seized of all and singular the before menconed bargained
       premises and every part thereof good Lawfull pfect
       absolute sole and Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee
       simple and also of the afd psonall estate to the said Amos
       Garretts own Pte use and behoofe without any Limitacon
       of use or uses or other things to Alter Change determine
       or Incumber the same two tracts of Land Containg about four
       hundred acres of Land three Negroes sixteen head of ^black^ Cattle &
          Thirty Seven sheep or any pte or pcell Thereof & that he the said
             Charles Beckwith will forever warrant Grace and or Defend y.e
             same unto him the said Amos his heirs & Assignes against
             all man^n^er of psons whatsoever Claiming any Intrest
             therein or there unto whether by the Lands runing into
             elder or more Ancient surveys or Otherwise or any person
             or persons Claiming any Right Title or Interest in any of
             the afd three Negroes Sixteen head of Cattle thirty seven
             sheep or any part thereof Except the aforesd Memorand.m
             and Lastly he the said Charles Beckwith and his
             heirs shall and will att any time hereafter make
             Do Acknowledge Suffer and Execute all every such farther
             and other Re^a^sonable act and acts thing or things as by
             the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes
