87) acknowledged Levyed executed or suffered or to be had made committed done acknowledged levyed executed or suffered by him the said John Hodges his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs or any other person or persons whatsoever (All such Estate and Interest of in & to the afd two tracts of Land as William Lock of Annarundle County Chyrurgeon and Mary his now Wife the Relict of the said Seth Biggs deceased or either of them now have or ought to have or may or cann claim in right of or as the Dowery of the s.d Mary only excepted and foreprized) And Lastly the said John Hodges doth by these presents for himself his heires ex.rs and adm.rs covenant promise & grant to & with the said W.m Holland his heires and assignes and to and with every of them that he the said John Hodges his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs shall and will with all Convenient Speed at the equ^a^ll Costs and Charges of them the s.d Jn.o Hodges and William Holland their heires and assignes cause and pcure the said Sarah Webb or her heires to make doe acknowledge Levy Execute and Suffer All and Every such further and other Lawfull & reasonable act and Acts thing and things devices Conveyances and assurances in the Law Whatsoever for the further assureing surety sure makeing settling Conveying and Confirming all and singular the said Lands and other the premises with thappurtenances unto and upon the said W.m Holland his heires and assignes for ever Be the same by matter of Record or not of Record as by the said W.m Holland his heires or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised devised or required And shall and will cause and procure the same to be transmitted and delivered to the said W.m Holland or his heires or assignes in Maryland afd In Wittness whereof the parties first above named to these present Indentures Interchangably their hands and seales have sett the day and year first above written Jn.o Hodges (Seal) on the back of the said deed was thus endorst Viz.t Sealed and delivered in the presence of us Rich.d Dallam W.m Holland Jun.r Memmorandum Nathan Rigby that the eleventh day of Febry anno domi 1711 Came before me Robert Bradly Esq.r one of her maj.tys Justices of the prov.ll Court the within named John Hodges and acknowledged the within written Indenture to be his act and deed and the Lands and Tenements herein contained to be the right of the wihtin named William Holland and his heires and assignes for ever recorded Feb.ry y.e 27.th 1711 Test R Bradly 216 to be Cost |
