       and of her the said Sarah Webb of into and out of the said Land and premises All
       which said premises were Lately the Estate and Inheritance of the said Seth Biggs
       Esq.r deced and defended to the said Sarah Webb as his only sister and heir at Law To
       have and to hold the said two tracts of Land and all and singular the afd bargained
       premises with their and every of their appur and every part and parcell thereof unto the
       said W.m Holland his heirs and assignes for ever To the only proper use and benefit
       and behoof of the said W.m Holland his heires and assignes for ever more and to and for
       no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Jn.o Hodges doth by
       these presents for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs and for every of them Covenant
       promise and grant to and with the s.d W.m Holland his heirs and assignes in Manner
       and form following (that is to say) That he the afd Jn.o Hodges and his heires the afd
       Lands and premises hereby bargained and sold and every part and parcell thereof w.th
       their and every of their appurtenances unto the said W.m Holland his heirs and assignes
       against him the said John Hodges and his heires and all and every other person and
       persons w.tsoever shall and will for ever hereafter warr.t and defend by these presents
       (Except only as herein after is excepted) And also that he the said John Hodges hath not
       done Committed or suffered any act matter or thing whatsoever whereby or whereunth
       he hath Charged impeached or Incumbred the said Land and premises or any part or
       parcell thereof in title Charge Estate or otherwise howsoever And that it shall
       and may be Lawfull to and for the said W.m Holland his heires and assignes for &
       notwithstanding any act matter or thing by him the said Jn.o Hodges done or
       suffered to the Contrary Quietly and peaceably to have hold use occupy possess &
       enjoy the said two tracts or percells of Land and all and singular the before menconed
       bargained premises with their and every of their appurtenances and every part
       and parcell thereof without the Lawfull Let suite trouble eviccon ejection molestation
       Interuption or denyall of him the said Jn.o Hodges his heires ex.rs or adm.rs or any other
       person or persons whatsoever (Except only as hereinafter is Excepted) And
       Further that the afd Lands and all and singular other the premises with their
       and every of their appurtenances now is and are and soe from time to time
       for ever hereafter shall stand remain and be free and clear or otherwise by him
       the said John Hodges his heirs executors and adm.rs freely & clearly acquitted exonerated
       and Discharged of and from all and all manner of former and other gifts grants
       bargains sales Leases Estates Joyntures Dowers Titles of Dower wills intayles Recognizances
       Judgm.ts Executions and of and from all other Titles troubles Charges
       Incumbrances Claimes and demands whatsoever had made committed done
