       as part parcell or member of them or either of them and all rents and services
       reserved due or payable upon or by any demise Lease or grant Demises Leases or
       grants made of the said premises or any part or parcell thereof and the revercon
       and reversions remainder and remainders thereof To have and to hold all
       and singular the said Messuages plantations houses Lands Tenements
       hereditaments and premises herein before menconed and intended to be
       her^e^by bargained and sold and every part and parcell thereof with the
       appurtenances and the Rents Revercons remainders and services thereof
       unto the said Jn.o Hodges his executors adm.rs and assignes from the day next
       before the day of the date of these presents for and dureing & unto the full
       end and Term of one whole year from thenceforth next ensueing and fully
       to be Compleat and Ended Yieldeing and paying therefore unto the s.d
       Sarah Webb her heirs and assigns the rent of a peper Corn on the Last day
       of the said Term (of Demanded) which said grant bargain and sale hereby
       made is so made to the Intent that by Vertue thereof and by force of the
       statute for Transferring uses into possession the said John Hodges may be in
       the actuall possession of all and singular the said Messuages plant.a houses
       Lands Tenements hereditaments and premises hereby bargained and sold
       and be thereby enabled to take and receive a grant and release of the reversion
       and Inheritance thereof to him and his heires to such Trusts intents and purposes  
       as shall be thereof Limitted and Declared in and by one pair of Indent.rs
       Indented to bear date the day next after the day of the date hereof and to be
       made between the said Sarah Webb of the one part and the said Jn.o Hodges
       of the other part In Wittness whereof the parties first above named to
       these presents Indentures Interchangbly their hands & seales have sett the day

       before me Rich.d Hasell Not.ry & Tabellion publiq by royall authority admitted &
       sworn dwelling in the Citty of Bristoll Sarah Webb of the same Citty Widdow who
       then before me the said Notary and M.r Francis Freeman of the same
