82 executors and adm.rs shall and will in every particular perform and fulfill the Trusts by these presents reposed and put in him And also shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter whensoever they shall be thereunto required Render and give a Just and true acc.t to the said Sarah Webb her heires executors administrators & Assignes of all and every sum and sums of Money he shall receive and make out of the said premises hereby granted and released in Manner afd In Wittness whereof the parties first above named to these present Indet.rs Interchangably their hands and seales have sett the day and year first above written Sarah Webb (seale) on the back of y.e s.d deed was thus endorst Viz.t Sealed and delivered (the partchm.t being double stampt) in the presence of Rich Hasall Not.rs Pub Fran Freeman Rich.d Higgins To the afores.d deed was annexed the fol.o deed Viz.t x.d This Indenture made the thirteenth day of Aprill in the Tenth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the grace of God Queen of Great Brittain France and Ireland Defender of the faith &c and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eleven Between Sarah Webb of the Citty of Bristoll Wydow Conly sister and heir of Seth Biggs Late of Maryland in the parts beyond the seas planter deced of the one part and John Hodges of the said Citty of Bristoll Mariner of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Sarah Webb for and in Consideration of the sume of ten shill of Lawfull money of Great Brittain to her in hand ^well & truly^ paid by the said Jn.o Hodges at or before the ensealing and delivery hereof the recipt whereof she doth hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Jn.o Hodges all and singular the Messuages plantations houses Lands Tenements and hereditaments of what nature kind or Quality soever whereof the said Seth Biggs dyed seized scituate Lying and being in Maryland afd and Virginia or either of them or in any other Continent or place whatsoever in America and by what names Quantitys and Qualityes soever the same are Commonly Called known or discribed togeather with all and singuler Negroes proffitts Comodities advantages emoluments hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the same premises or either of them or any part or parcell of them or either of them belonging or in any wise appertaining or excepted reputed taken known uses Occupyed or enjoyed (as) |
