       Messuages plantations houses Lands Tenements hereditaments and p.rmises
       herein before menconed and Intended to be hereby granted and released and every
       part and parcell thereof with their and every of their Rights members and appurtenan
       and the rents Reversions remainders and services thereof unto the said Jn.o Hodges
       his heires and assignes for Ever upon speciall Trust and Confidence Nevertheless in
       him the said Jn.o Hodges and his heires shall and may with all Convenient speed
       sell and dispose of the Inheritance and fee simple of the said Messuages plantations
       houses Lands Tenements hereditaments and premises and every and either and either
       of them at the best rate and for the most and best price and Value w.ch may or Can
       be bona fide procured and obtained for the same and upon this further Trust and
       Confidence that the money to be raised by such sale shall (after Deduction by
       the said John Hodges his heires executors and adm.rs of all such reasonable
       Costs Charges Expences and Damages which he or they shall suffer sustain expend
       or be put unto in or about the execution of the said Trust or Relateing thereto)
       be paid to the said Sarah Webb or to such other person or persons and his her and
       their executors and adm.rs as she the said Sarah Webb shall by any Writeing und.r
       her hand or by any deed or wrighting under her hand and seale or by her Last will &
       Testament order direct and appoint and for want of such order Direction and
       appointment thereto and amongst such person and persons as by the act of parliam.t
       for the better distribution of Intestates Estates is particulurly directed and appointed
       and to and for none other Trust Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said
       Sarah Webb for her self her heires ex.rs and adm.rs doth Covenant and grant to
       and with the said Jn.o Hodges is heires and assignes by these presents that she
       the said Sarah Webb hath not done or Committed or wittingly or willingly
       suffered any act matter or thing whatsoever Whereby the said premises hereby
       granted and released or any part or parcell thereof are is or shall or may be
       Charged Impeached or Incumbered in Title Charge estate or otherwise howsoever
       And that the same premises shall from time to time and at all
       Times hereafter Remain Continue and be to and upon the Trusts intents and
       purposes herein before menconed without any Molestation Lett Suite Trouble
       Deniall Disturbance Incumbrance or Interuption whatsoever of or by her
       the said Sarah Webb her heires or assignes or of or by any of her person or persons
       whatsoever Lawfully Claiming or to Claim the same or any part thereof from by
       or under ^her or^ them And the said John Hodges for himself his heires executors
       and adm.rs doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Sarah Webb her
       heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes by these presents that he the said Jn.o Hodges his heirs
