       And ev.ry article and Thing herein Containd to Cease
       Determine and be void and of non effect but of failure
       of any of y.e said yearly payments then this Indenture
       to vest and settle in y.e said Preregrine Browne & his
       heirs an absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee simple
       of in and to the said land and negroe slave And
       the grac said John Easterling Doth by these psence
       for himself his heires Exrs and Admrs and for the
       said Heneritta his said wife and for every of them coven.t
       promise and grant to & w.th y.e said Preregrine Browne his
       heirs and assignes in maner following (that is to say) That
       that he the said John Easterling and Heneritta his wife
       there heires exers or admrs shall & will well & truly pay or
       cause to be paid unto y.e said Preregrine Browne his exers
       admrs or assignes the said sume of seventy ^eight^ pounds seven shill
       and seven pce sterl mony and intrest for y.e same by good bills
       of Exchange in maner and forme afd and at the Days and
       tymes herein before appointed for paym.t thereof and y.t such
       Bills of Exchange shall be Duely hon.rt and paid And
       That he the said John Easterling and his heirs the premises afd w.th
       thappurtenances and every pte thereof unto the said Preregrine
       Browne and his heires and assignes agts them the said John Easterling
       and Heneritta his wife and the Heires of the said Heneritta and al other
       Psons whatsoever shall and will forever hereafter warr.t and by these
       Psent Defend And alsoe that they the said John Easterling
       and Heneritta his wife & their heires shall & will att any time
       hereafter (after Default of paym.t of any of the said yearly paym.t
       of the afd sume of mony and intrest thereof att y.e Request
       Cost and Charges in the Law of the Land said Preregrine Browne
       his heires or assignes make do accknowledge levy execute
       and suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged Levyed executed
       and suffered all & every such further and other Lawfull and
