70 Tree of the Land Called Christophers Camp and Runing Thence southwest w.th a parrellell of Land Called Sedgley Two hundred perches to a bounded white oake a bounded tree of the Land Called my Lords Gift then Runing Northwest parrallell with The said Land five hundred & forty four pearches then ^North^ northwest Two hundred and fifty ^six^ pearches Then Runing north east two hundred pches then Runing south east Three hundred pches till itt intersect the Land Called Christophers Camp then Runing and bounding w.th the said Land to the first tree Containing & Laid out for one Thousand acres of Land more or Less Together w.th all Houses outhouses Trees woods underwoods ways waters watercourses profitts comodities and appurtenances whatsoever to the said moety or half of the said one Thousand acres of Land belonging or appertaining And also one negroe man Have called or Knowne by the Name of Harry To have and to hold the afd moyety or half part of y.e foresaid one thousand acres of Land and pses w.th the apputenance and the afd negroe slave unto the said Preregrine Browne his heires and assignes forever provided always and itt is y.e True Intent and meaning of these p.rsents and The partyes thereunto that if the said John Easterling and Heneritta his wife there heirs exers or adm.rs Do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Preregrine his exers adrs or assignes the full and just sume of seventy eaight pound seven shil & seven pce sterll mony w.th lawfull intrest for the same by good and sufficient Bills of Exchange to be Drawn upon same Responsible m.rchent in Lond.n and to Delived to y.e agent or attry of y.e said Preregrine Browne in Maryland in maner & forme following (that is to say) by three equall yearly paym.ts the first paym.t Thereof w.th intrest to be made by Bills of Exchange as afd att or upon y.e first Day of March now next ensuing & so on the first Day of March w.th intrest yearly and that such bills of exchange shall be Duely honerd and paid That ^then^ this psent Indenture (and) |
